While on a recent patrol, officers from the Primrose Police Station received a complaint about a fight in Zinnia Avenue, in Primrose.
The officers proceeded to the address given where they met a woman who reported that a woman living in a small backroom had been raped and stabbed with a beer bottle in the upper body.
“She took the police to the room where they found a badly injured woman lying naked on the floor bleeding,” said communications officer for the Primrose police Sgt Styles Maome.
